Regular participation in high-quality professional development seminars is indispensable, especially where employment law and the related field of social law are concerned. Due to the constantly changing legal and practical situation, good professional development training lays the cornerstone without which top-notch legal advice would be impossible. Here, I place particular emphasis on professional development seminars in the area of notices of termination and other modes of ending an employer/employee relationship. But additionally, one must not lose sight of general jurisprudence and current issues of importance for employment law.
